CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Ms. Kumari Neha, Adv. For the State : Mr. Shashi Kr. Verma, A.P.P. .... 02/25.09.2025 1. The applicant who is in custody since 01.05.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No.21 of 2025 arising out of Amrapara P.S. Case No.34 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 64/ 89/ 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Pakur. 2. It has been submitted that after filing of the present bail application the file has been taken back by the client. 3. It appears that there is subsisting vakalatnama on record and that vakalatnama has not been cancelled till date. 4. Thus, it is nothing but refusal of argument by the concerned counsel for the applicant. 5. In that view of the matter, the present bail application stands dismissed. 6.
