1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC with following relief:
“(a) That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for all the records from the Police Station Civil Lines for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. (b) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.1189/2022 dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure-P/1) registered at the police station - Civil Line, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) and all the consequential proceedings therewith, in the interest of Justice. (c) That the Hon'ble Court be further pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned State Counsel submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been filed before the trial Court concerned. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge- sheet before the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law. 4.
In view of above submissions, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the law, if aggrieved with the charge-sheet. Sd/- Sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma)
