Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.4. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief:- “ That the respondents may be ordered to sent the case of the petitioner for family pension immediately and respondent No.4- Accountant General may also be ordered to sanction family pension in favour of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.2018 with all consequential benefits.” 2. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, learned counsel representing respondent No.4, states that case of the petitioner for family pension 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 has been received from the respondent-Department and same shall be processed expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and accordingly same is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.4- Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, to ensure that case of the petitioner for family pension processed by the respondent-Department, is processed expeditiously and thereafter, Pension Payment Order is issued within a period of four weeks in favour of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if she still remains aggrieved.
