The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.03.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge (under Section 4 of Chhattisgarh’s Depositor’s Protection Act, 2005), Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.), in Session case No. 01/2022. 2. Section 16(2) of Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005 mandates that no appeal shall be entertained unless it is accompanied by satisfactory proof of 75% deposit of liability with competent authority. 2 3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant is unable to comply with the mandatory provisions of Section 16(2) of the PDI Act, therefore, she does not want to press the instant appeal. 4.
