Having considered the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Para 6, Condition No.[b], the cost is modified as Rs. 3,000/-(Rupees Three thousand only) instead of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirthy thousand only). 4. Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy.
