The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 4(b) of Crl.O.P.No.30331 of 2024 on 05.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
