Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.08.2025, respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 appeared and pleaded that the non-appearance on 11.08.2025 is due to miscommunication and mistake on their part and further pleaded that the order of this Court dated 23.08.2024 in W.P.No.9707 of 2024 has been complied with. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.
