Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of orders passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.8729/2025 along with connected matters. Submission is noted and perused the Writ papers with care. The Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.8729/2025 along with connected matters has disposed of the writ petitions as under: ORDER The petitions are disposed of directing the concerned Market Committees not to refuse renewal of licence for the petitioners only because they have completed 60 years of age. The State Government will be at liberty to revisit the entire - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21013 WP No. 8427 of 2022 set of circumstances and arrive at a fresh decision in this regard. 4. The present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.8729/2025 along with connected matters.
