By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is presently working as Sub Engineer, PWD, National Highway Subdivision, Kondagaon, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation dated 21/10/2024 (Annexure P/6) before the respondent No.5/ Executive Engineer, PWD, National Highway, District Sukma. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent No.5 raising his grievance regarding the medical leave dues and to release the pending salary which has been arbitrarily withheld by the respondent authorities without any cogent reason, however, till date, the same has not been decided by the authorities. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ State submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondent No.5, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within the stipulated time. 4. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authorities/ respondent No.5 to decide the pending representation dated 21/10/2024 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
