Considering the nature of the offence, the condition No.5(ii) imposed by the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.M.P.No.2584 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, is modified to the effect that after release of the petitioners from prison, they shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as non-refundable to the Credit of District Mediation Centre, Ramanathapuram, without prejudice to their defence before the concerned Court on or before 28.02.2026.
