Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025(N) for the offence registered under Section 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. On 14.06.2025 at about 6.50 pm, Lower Bazar Police apprehended the petitioner from Islam Nagar. On search, 28.66 grams of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi, in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
