Heard on the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 01 of 2025). 4. The delay is stated to be of ten days. The reasons assigned in the said application are well explained and justified. Moreover, there is no objection from the other side. 5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Delay Condonation Application is allowed. 6. The present Leave to Appeal under Section 419(4) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed seeking permission to file an appeal against the order dated 07.01.2025, passed by the learned Vth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/A.C.J.M., Dehradun, in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1807 of 2022, “Geetika Bhandari vs. Priyanka Rani”, under Section 323 of the IPC. 7. Accordingly, Leave to Appeal is allowed. 8. Summon the Trial Court record. Upon receipt of the same, let the paper book be prepared and furnished to the learned counsel for the parties, as per Rules. 9. Objections, if any, be filed by the Respondents. 10.
