C.M.P(MD)No.7474 of 2022 in AS(MD).No.34 of 2011 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J AND R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 17.02.2022. 2. Notice has been served to the respondents except the 11th respondent, who had gone to Chennai when notice was attempted to be served. The name of the 11th respondent has been printed in the cause list. 3. Mr.M.P.Senthil, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents 9 and 10. 4. The reasons given for the delay are that the previous counsel had reported no instruction. Later, the learned counsel who now appears for the petitioner, had filed vakalath but the vakalath was returned and thereafter corrections had to be made. Therefore, this petition is filed to restore the appeal with delay. The reasons are plausible. 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 5.
