Case No. 28 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 311 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 04.04.2024, Murhu Police, on the basis of confidential information apprehended co-accused persons from Gullu Bazar and on search, firearms were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
