(Oral) While placing on record communication dated nil issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith office order dated 23.09.2025 passed by afore authority, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment rendered in Mohit Sharma, have granted him higher stage of pay. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a 2 direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits flowing from aforesaid order dated 23.09.2025, if not already released, shall be released in favour of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
