Mr. Nand Lal Chauhan, Advocate, for the applicants. CMP No. 20945 of 2025 This application has been filed by the applicant ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. for refund of amount in terms of judgment dated 13.5.2025, passed by this Court in FAO No. 558 of 2019. The Registry has calculated the amount refundable to the applicant /appellant in terms of the aforesaid judgment and it has been reported that the applicant/appellant is entitled to refund of a sum of Rs. 4,93,482/- with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date. The parties have not disputed the calculations made by the Registry. Accordingly, the application is allowed. A sum of Rs. 4,93,482/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/ appellant, by remitting the same to its bank account, as detailed in para-4 of the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 20540 of 2025 This application has been filed for release of award amount by the applicant/respondent No.2 Kumari Kritika Sharma. The non-applicant/appellant has no objection in granting the prayer made in the application. As per report of the Registry, Rs. 7,20,292/- is lying in deposit with the Registry and such amount falls to the share of the applicant. Since no objection has been raised for release of the amount in favour of the applicant, the prayer made in the application is allowed. A sum of Rs. 7,20,292/- is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.2 Kumari Kritika Sharma along with upto date interest accrued thereon, by remitting the same to her bank account, as detailed in para-6 of the application after due verification.
