The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. Pass an order under the supervisory jurisdiction of this Hon'ble High Court, directing the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Saidpur, Ghazipur to decide/dispose the Original Suit No.452 of 2000 (Muzaffar Husain and Others vs. Tabassum and Others), pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Saidpur, Ghazipur, expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned suit is pending before learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Saidpur, Ghazipur for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Saidpur, Ghazipur to consider and decide the aforementioned suit, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pankaj Kumar Tyagi Counsel for Respondent(s) : Dinesh Pathak Noorjahan .....Petitioner(s) Muzaffar Husain And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
