The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in withholding the payment of an amount of Rs.3,57,64,968/- due to the Petitioner even after finalizing the bills in relation to the work i.e. Providing Dust Free Roads with BT Renewals to IRR from Kandrika Junction to 1st Flyover at Musthabadh Junction in Circle-2 Area vide Agreement No.CE-13/2023-2024, dated 02.12.2023, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, Sri Y.V.S.S. Dharaneesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the amount due to the Writ Petitioner was released in favour of the Petitioner and no cause survives for adjudication in this matter. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
