I. For direction upon respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for his promotion on Grade-3 i.e. Matric Trained Selection Grade w.e.f. 01.04.2019 as the petitioner fulfills all criteria for grant of Grade 3 which is completion of 12 years of service from the date of Grade-2 but respondents are sitting tight over the matter whereas same has been granted to other similarly situated persons. II. Upon grant of above benefits for further direction upon respondent authorities to pay all monetary benefits including the arrears of salary and revision of pension and other retiral dues. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if the direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Mr. Manish Kumar submits that if the petitioner files the fresh representation before D.S.E, respondent no. 6, this case would be considered. 4. If similarly situated person has been granted relief, there is no question 2025:JHHC:27132 2 of the petitioner being denied of the relief which she has prayed for. 5. Considering the prayer of the petitioner and submissions made by the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no. 6 within six weeks who will consider the same and act accordingly. 6.
