SAI MANOJ REDDY L 3 VS,J C.R.P.No.2968 of 2023 The Court made the following Order: The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the award passed in I.D.No.101 of 2015 dated 06.03.2023, passed by the Chairman-cum-Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ananthapuramu. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Under the similar circumstances, the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in writ appeal Nos.615 & 617 of 2021 vide orders dated 22.03.2022, while dismissing, came to a conclusion that, the labour Court exercising powers and jurisdiction of Civil Court and that the orders passed by a Civil Court can only be questioned before this Court by way of a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the Hon’ble Division Bench, duly, referring to the judgment of Karnataka High Court (Division Bench) in Sri Vishnu Ganapathi Naik v. The Management of NWKRTC1 has held that the writ petitions are to be preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the award or the order passed by the labour Court. 4. 4. In view of the above observations made by the Hon’ble Division of this Court in Writ Appeal Nos.615 & 617 of 2021 dated 22.03.2022, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a 1 MANU/KA/0150.2006 4 VS,J C.R.P.No.2968 of 2023 liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
