This revision is filed against the I.A.No.58 of 2024 in A.O.P.No.287 of 2018 on the file of Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Srikakulam, dated 17.02.2025, wherein, the said application was dismissed for default, in view of the absence of the petitioners up to 3:15 P.M., as there was no representation before the Court below. 3. Since the petitioners got the remedy to file a restoration application before the Court below, with a liberty to file the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
