The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicants in 8 cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 291 of 2024, under Sections 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. (ii) Case Crime No. 257 of 2024, under Sections 392 of I.P.C., P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. (iii) Case Crime No. 183 of 2024, under Sections 392 of I.P.C. P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. (iv) Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Section 392 of I.P.C., P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. (v) Case Crime No. 686 of 2024, under Sections 392, 411 of I.P.C., P.S. Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad. (vi) Case Crime No. 548 of 2024, under Sections 392, 411 of I.P.C., P.S. Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad. (vii) Case Crime No. 334 of 2024, under Sections 392 of I.P.C., P.S. Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad. (viii) Case Crime No. 470 of 2024, under Sections 392 of I.P.C. P.S. Indirapuram District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped against the applicants on the basis of confessional statement. Except the confessional statement (which is irrelevant) there is no other pre-summoning evidence. Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 13.9.2024. It is further submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 20.7.2024. It is further submitted applicant is not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in the aforesaid case after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
