Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 3. Considering the nature of relief claimed and the submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent in this writ petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in relation to the cancellation of patta within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
