JADA SRAVAN KUMAR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.,) has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7, 9 to 13, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in FIR No.600 of 2021 of Ongole Taluka Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, has furnished a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Ongole Taluka Police Station, wherein it is stated that after due investigation the Police has filed a charge sheet on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge, Ongole, the same is numbered as S.C.No.69 of 2022 and both parties effected compromise in Lok-Adalat on 09.06.2022. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
