Mr. Ratul Biswas, Mr. Kaushik Chowhdury ….for the WBBPE. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. In addition thereto documents have been filed on behalf of the petitioners in support of depositing additional court fees since there are 58 (fifty eight) writ petitioners. Petitioners have common grievance that till date concerned authority of West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as ‘Board’) has not issued TET certificate in consideration of the fact that petitioners qualified Teacher Eligibility Test, 2014 (for short ‘TET, 2014’). Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned advocate representing the Board submits on instruction that if reasonable time is accorded, TET certificate can be issued in favour of the petitioners who qualified TET, 2014 provided documents are submitted before the Board establishing that petitioners qualified TET, 2014. It is submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioners that petitioners will be able to submit documents in support of their contention that they qualified TET, 2014 along with teacher training qualification. In view of the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioners shall be at liberty to submit necessary documents before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no.6 in support of their qualification of TET, 2014 along with teacher training qualification by six (6) weeks from date. If aforesaid documents are submitted within the specified time, respondent no.6 shall issue TET certificate to the petitioners by sixteen (16) weeks thereafter. With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
