This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in issuing the impugned order of termination vide Proceedings No. 193/A/2017 dated. 09.01.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently

direct the respondents to recall the order i.e., Proceedings No. 193/A/2017 dated. 09.01.2018 by appointing the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi helper in terms of the order of appointment vide proceedings Proceedings No. 193/A/2017 dated. Ni11/01.2017.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the Petitioner is residing in Hyderabad. It is further submitted that, though they have issued orders appointing the Petitioner as Anganwadi Helper, she failed to attend the duty.
3. Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
