ORDER (Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) W.M.P(MD)No.26451 of 2025 filed seeking to file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee. 2.This Writ Petition is superfluous and unnecessary. Admittedly, the petitioners are in receipt of a notice dated 31.10.2025 issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (in short 'Act'), in Na.Ka.No.A3/8686/2025. The notice alleges encroachment in the following property: 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

There is nothing to indicate that the respondents will not adhere to the law. As regards the consequential direction seeking to restrain the respondents from issuing patta to third parties for the aforesaid properties, we are disinclined to consider such a vague and wide prayer. Needless to say, the proceedings that have been initiated by the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
