JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 13/08/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11.02.2025 passed by this Court, with liberty to file a fresh one after recording the statement of prosecution witness, namely Rajkumar before the learned Trial Court. However, the statement of aforesaid witness has not been recorded yet. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present 3rd bail application. Permission, as sought for, is granted. Accordingly, the 3rd bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
