Sharma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. CMP No.21161 of 2025 Heard counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. Previously applicants/respondents No.2 and 3 were being represented in the proceedings by their guardian on account of them being minors. Present application has been preferred by the applicants stating therein that they have attained the age of majority. From the certificates appended along with application, it is evident that respondents No.2 and 3 have now attained the age of majority and hence they are entitled to pursue the present litigation in their own capacity. In view thereof, present application is allowed and the guardian previously appointed, is discharged from acting as a guardian of applicants. Power of Attorney on behalf of the applicant stands filed. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.20827 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant. Non-applicant has no objection, if in case the present application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. The appeal, in the case at hand, was decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 22.07.2021. Learned counsel for the parties submit that there are no further proceedings pending against the same in the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed and amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants along with the upto date interest accrued thereupon. The same be remitted in the bank account of the applicants, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities.
