In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Rhaghvendra Rai, holding brief of Shri Vimlesh Kumar Rai, counsel for the opposite party has filed the affidavit of compliance disclosing that the amount due to the applicant under the Group Insurance Scheme has been paid and PPO for payment of family pension to the applicant has also been issued on 06.03.2025. The opposite party has assured through the recitals in paragraph no. 2 of the affidavit that the arrears of family pension shall be credited in the account of the applicant within one month from today. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged. It is clarified that in case the arrears of family pension is not credited in the account of the applicant by 15th April, 2025, or there is any other future non-compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
