GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS 2 The Court made the following order: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not deleting the petitioners’ land admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.35 cents & an extent of Ac.2.97 in Sy.No.773 and an extent of Ac.4.00 cents & Ac.4.88 cents in Sy.No.779 of Chapalamadugu Revenue Village, Pullalacheruvu Mandal, Prakasam District, from the list of prohibitory properties. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed the written instructions dated 07.03.2025, furnished by the District Collector, Prakasam. 3. On perusal of the said written instructions, it is mentioned that the District Collector, Prakasam, passed order on 10.02.2020, whereby and whereunder deleted the land in dispute from the list of prohibitory properties issued under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908. The said instructions are placed on record. 4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 10.02.2020. It is needless to mention that, if the petitioners present any documents for registration, the same 3 shall be processed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
