The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking quashing of S.C.No.242 of 2024 on the file of IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kovur, West Godavari District. 2. The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1 and is facing trial for offences under Sections 498 (A), 313, 506 of the IPC, read with Section 34 of the IPC, and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and that there is no evidence against the petitioner either in the charge sheet or the final report. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Perused the record. 6. The 2nd respondent has made specific allegations against the petitioner in the complaint, and the police, during the course of investigation, recorded the statements of eleven witnesses. 7. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking quash of S.C.No.242 of 2024 cannot be considered by this Court, as all these issues are to be well reasoned during the course of trial. 8. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
