Case No. 58/2024, corresponding to G.R. No.1887/2025, registered for the offences under Sections 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025. He submits that the petitioner is an employee in the jewellery shop namely K.K. Jewellers at Ramgarh and during investigation, his name has come on suspicion and confessional statement made by the accused in another case and, thereafter, the petitioner has been implicated in the case. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025 and on confessional statement of the accused in another case, the name of the petitioner has come. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Khelgaon P.S.
