2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is active member of gang involved in cyber crime and he along with other co-accused cheated the innocent people in the name of providing loans and in other ways.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11533 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 custody since 17.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also petitioner is involved in the cyber fraud, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
