The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kurdeg P.S. Case No. 15/2025, for the offences registered under Section 65(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Simdega. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. 4. It appears that this is case of adolescence love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Simdega in connection with Kurdeg P.S.
