The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.152 of 2023 for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. After completion of the investigation, a final report was filed on 02.02.2024, referring the case as “Further Action Dropped”. In view of the above, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
