Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the case was being held by Mr. Shailendra Shukla, now he has left the Panel, therefore, nobody could appear and the case was dismissed for 2 want of prosecution. Now he has been engaged and file of the case has been entrusted to him. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of WPT No. 114 of 2015. 4.
