Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the issue with third parties. 3. Considering the submissions, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to call the petitioner to the police station, without following due process of law. It is also made clear that the 4th respondent shall not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
