This writ petition is filed with following prayer :- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the salary increment of petitioner's husband, which was stopped temporarily since 01.01.2003 and not paid to him till his retirement i.e. 31.01.2010 and pay the same to the petitioner alongwith admissible interest and also revise pension of petitioner accordingly within specified period." 2. Learned Additional C.S.C., on instructions, submits that in the interest of justice, this writ petition may be disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and if there is any legal impediment, same will be communicated to petitioner. 3. Considering aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner will submit a certified copy of this order before concerned State-respondent for fresh consideration of her claim and concerned State- respondent will consider claim of petitioner in accordance with law within a short period.
