JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 03/07/2026 By filing of both these petitions, the petitioners have prayed for the respondents to comply with the order dated 03.05.2019 and 30.08.2022, as regards release of salary in favour of the petitioners for the period they were undergoing B.ed. internship. After having heard the case for some length, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the petitioners are permitted to make comprehensive representation against their grievances to the Competent Authority. Accordingly, the both the writ petitions are disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to make comprehensive representation to (2 of 2) [CW-14600/2025] the Competent Authority as raised in the present writ petition within a period of 15 days. In case, any such representation is preferred by the petitioners to the Competent Authority within a period of 15 days, the Competent Authority shall consider it and pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order dealing with the grievances of the petitioners in light of the orders referred in the prayer clause. The respondent authority shall not make any recovery for the payment made to the petitioners for the period they were undergoing B.ed. internship till disposal of the representation. The petitioners would be free to avail the appropriate remedy available to them under law if they are aggrieved by any decision on their representation. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 10-11/RACHNA
