ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“…. A. to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in passing orders dated 28.06.2021, vide Procgs.No.AGC02-12027(31) /23/2020, thereby confirming the orders dated 25.09.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent in cancelling the petitioner's seed dealer licence as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Seeds Act, 1966 and Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and consequently set aside the same; B. to declare the actions of the respondents in insisting on marketing permission to market / sell the Cotton Hybrid Varieties produced by another manufacturer as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Seeds Act, 1966 and Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioners on the ground of lack of marketing permission or any other ground which is not backed by law; and C. to declare the action of 5th respondent in seizing SRCH-55 BGII Sowmya, SRCH-33 BG II Jayaho, SRCH-819 BG-II Sahoo, SRCH -402 BG II Jayaho and SRCH-99-BG II Magic Bt Cotton hybrids seeds under Form IV dated 19.06.2020 and the stop sale order dated 21.05.2020 and 11.06.2020 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Seeds Act, 1966 and Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and set aside the same and consequentially direct the

respondents to forthwith release the stocks for sale, seized vide Form-V, dated 19.06.2020 and pass …”
02. Ms. K.Tanusha, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no further order is required in this matter. 03. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
