M.Karunakaran For Respondents : Mr.K.Balasubramani Special Government Pleader O R D E R After purchasing 4.5 ares in survey No.214/11 (corresponding to Natham Survey No.328/11) and 4 ares in survey No.214/12 (corresponding to Natham Survey No.328/12), the petitioner had applied for a survey, subdivision, and issuance of separate patta in respect thereof. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered by the Tahsildar and disposed of on merits within three (3) months after issuing notice to all the joint pattadars. 3. The patta No.479 has been issued in respect of survey No. 328/11. About eight pattadars are shown therein. As regards patta No. 328/12, the record shows about seven pattadars. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's request and dispose of the same on merits after issuing notice to the persons mentioned in the previous paragraph and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, of all the above mentioned persons shall be taken into account before a decision is taken.
