A case has been registered against the petitioners herein for the offences punishable under sections 118(1), 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short tBNS'). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that due {o previous grudges related to a store dealership, on 3O.07.2024, at about 07.00 AM, Al to A6, who belong to one family, attacked the de racto complainant and his son with iron pipes and sticks, as a result of which the de facfo complainant sustained broken injury on his left elbow while his son sustained bleeding injuries on his head and left hand wrist. Al to A6 are also alleged to have threatened to harm the de facfo complainant's family, if they were found in the villag'e. 4, Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material on record, pr,'ma fac,-e, goes to show that due to previous disputes, all the accused are alleged to have attacked the de facfo complainant and his son with iron pipes and sticks and caused inJ-urieS tO them. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the injuries received by the de facfo complainant and his son are grievous in nature. Learned counsel for the. petitioners submits that petitioners 4 to 6 [' __ ___ A i ee?`ca+€\® herein/A4 to A6 are ladies and they are nothing to do with the alleged incident. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners 1 to 3 herein/Al to A3 and, accordingly, the criminal petition in respect of petitioners 1 to 3 herein/Al to A3 is hereby dismissed. However, since the petitioners 4 to 6 herein/A4 to A6 are ladies, this court is l'nclined to grant anticipatory baI|I to them On the following conditions. i) In the event of arrest of the petitioners 4 to 6 herein/A4 to A6 in the aforesaid crime, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting OffI'Cer. il-) Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a POliCe Officer aS and When required, and they shall not, directly or indI'reCtly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any Person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him `from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police offI.Cer. \t, \ A ~_I 7.
