The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 21/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 08.03.2025 at about 5:15 P.M., Karra police intercepted this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons while they were travelling on a motorcycle near Ronhe forest area. On search, fire arms were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons while a mobile phone was recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about five months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
