The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khelgaon P.S. Case No. 79/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1842/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305 & 331 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 09.11.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelries and other valuable articles from there. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 10 of this bail application. It was further submitted that co- accused Manish Kataria has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6745/2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Khelgaon P.S.
