Heard Shri Ravi Kumar Bhagat, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Poorva Tiwari, learned Panel Lawyer for the State. 2. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- “(i)The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to directed the respondent authorities to call service records, pertaining to the instant matter. (ii)The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned Transfer order dated 31/12/2024 (Annexure P/1) issued by respondent no. 3. (iii)The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue her work at "Tahsil Office Basna, Basna, District Mahasamund', where the petitioner was earlier posted, in light of order passed dated 13/04/2024 (Annexure P/2). (iv) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's representation preferred dated 01/01/2025 (Annexure P/6). (v) That, any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Tehsil Office Basna to the office of SDO (Revenue) Mahasamund, she is a class-III employee and she is having various 3 family responsibility. She is having children aged about 4 and 11 years and as such it would be difficult for her to perform duty at Mahasamund. The petitioner has submitted that she has made a representation Annexure P-6 stating all these grounds and accordingly the petition can be disposed of directing the respondent/authorities to consider her representation in a pragmatic manner. 4. Learned State counsel do not object to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to consider representation of the petitioner within some stipulated period preferably within a period of four weeks.
