For defendant no.2 The Court:- The plaintiffs and the defendants have amicably resolved the disputes and differences between themselves which are subject matter of this suit. A terms of settlement signed by the parties and notarised before the Notary Public on 17th April, 2026 on having been stamped and punched is placed before the Court. On a perusal of the said terms of settlement it appears that the same does not prima facie contain any unlawful terms. The terms of settlement is taken on record. 2 The suit is decreed in terms of the terms of settlement by making the same a part of the decree. Out of the two applications, G.A.4 of 2026 is, an application for passing a decree in terms of the compromise wherein a copy of the compromise now placed before the Court has been duly annexed. The applications being G.A. 2 of 2025 and G.A.4 of 2026 are disposed of in the light of the decree. The decree be drawn up expeditiously. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) Sb/
