Mohanty, retired as DGM, Haryana Gramin Bank, Rohtak, R/o Duplex No.40, Aryapalli, KIIT Road, P.O. & P.S. Khorda KIIT, Bhuvneshwar, State- Odisha .... Petitioner(s). Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sumit Prakash, Advocate For the State : Mr. Anuj Kr. Trivedi, Advocate …...... 03/ 22.08.2025: It has been submitted by the petitioner that four weeks’ time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court, but as they were out of country, he could not surrender. He prays that time to surrender may be extended for a further period of three weeks. 2. Considering the submission of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to surrender on or before 19.09.2025. 3. It is further ordered that the petitioner will keep his passport, deposited before the Trial Court. 4. This condition is being imposed because of the fact that he was out of the country and has returned thus delayed his appearance, so there is high probability that the trial can also be delayed by him on the same pretext, thus, the passport should be deposited before the Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed. 6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned through the FAX. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
