The instant application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.08.2024 passed by the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Darrang, Mangaldai in Misc Appeal No. 11/2023 whereby the order refusing to grant an injunction dated 19.05.2023 passed by the learned Court of the Munsiff No. 1, Darrang, Mangaldai in Misc (J) Case No. 66/2019 arising out of Title Suit No. 56/2019 was affirmed. 3. Mr. M.A. Sheikh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has instruction(s) to withdraw the instant petition. 4.
