The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner ought to have approached concerned Civil Court to seek police protection, in light of the existing injunction. 4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for appropriate directions, including police protection, if any so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
